Accounts Payable Specialist – Manufacturing

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience

Job Type: Hourly

An established manufacturing company in Ontario, CA is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist.

• Previous hands‑on Accounts Payable experience is required
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred
• Experience with invoices, purchase orders, receiving documents, and three‑way matching
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and lookups
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Enter and process vendor invoices
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving records
• Resolve pricing, quantity, and payment discrepancies
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Assist with payment processing and month‑end closing
• Maintain accurate AP records
