Compensation:$27.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Position Summary

Walter’s Audi Ontario is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing and processing all warranty claims according to manufacturer and dealership policies, ensuring timely submission, compliance, and accurate reimbursement. The Warranty Administrator works closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Management to support smooth operations and maintain excellent manufacturer relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, review, and submit warranty claims to Audi in accordance with factory and dealership policies.
  • Verify accuracy of repair orders, technician notes, parts usage, and labor times.
  • Ensure compliance with warranty guidelines and audit requirements.
  • Track warranty claim approvals, denials, and resubmissions; follow up as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of all warranty transactions for internal and manufacturer audits.
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist in training Service staff on proper warranty documentation and procedures.
  • Generate and review warranty reports to identify trends, discrepancies, or process improvements.
  • Support the Service Department with administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in automotive warranty administration preferred (Audi or other luxury brand experience a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of dealership service operations, repair orders, and manufacturer warranty guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with dealership management software (CDK, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
