Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PMPay: $18.50/hour
Location:
City of Ontario Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support the Scheduling Department with daily administrative tasks and communication between departments.
Responsibilities Organize and maintain department files and programs.
Assist with scheduling, service requests, copying, and general office duties.
Support the Measuring and Customer Service departments as needed.
Provide coverage for team members when absent.
Communicate with customers, field representatives, and office staff.
Identify and help resolve discrepancies and day-to-day issues.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills.
Good computer and data-entry skills.
Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn multiple areas of the department.
Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
You should be proficient in:
Scheduling Experience Microsoft Excel administrative Word Outlook
