Purchasing Contracts Administrator - Onsite & Land Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Purchasing Agents to fulfill all contracting requirements.
• Manage trade applications and ensure timely vendor setup, maintaining communication to secure contracts, insurance documents, and business licenses.
• Ensure contractor compliance with contracts, insurance, and statutory obligations.
• Leverage advanced JDE expertise to coordinate with the accounting department and maintain purchasing databases.
• Negotiate and resolve contract modifications, price adjustments, and change orders.
• Communicate updates on products and pricing to Construction, Customer Care, and other internal teams as necessary.
• Prepare and submit change order requests for Land Development projects.
• Assist with budget revision requests for Land Development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in contract administration and vendor management.
• Proficiency in JDE systems.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, innovative, and entrepreneurial setting.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
