Role Overview :The People & Places Project and Portfolio Management Office helps turn organizational priorities into coordinated, successful outcomes. We partner across People & Places and the broader business to bring clarity to complex initiatives, strengthen cross-functional execution, and provide leaders with transparent insight into progress, risks, decisions, and capacity.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a varied portfolio of strategic, operational, and employee-focused initiatives. This role will partner with functional leaders, sponsors, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into executable plans, facilitate timely decisions, manage dependencies and risks, and sustain momentum from initiation through adoption and closeout.
The successful candidate will be a pragmatic and influential delivery leader who is comfortable working through ambiguity, builds trust across organizational boundaries, and adapts the level of structure to the needs of each initiative.
