Job Details

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical installation operations on our construction sites. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline. This is a permanent position, offering a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and challenging construction projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and direct electrical projects from conception to completion.
2. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
4. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
5. Meet contractual conditions of performance.
6. Review the work progress on a daily basis.
7. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
8. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
9. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
10. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years experience in construction site management and electrical systems installation.
2. Proven working experience in construction management.
3. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
4. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
5. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
6. Excellent time and project management skills.
7. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and building codes compliance.
8. Proficient in electrical safety management and team leadership.
9. Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards.
10. Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
11. Ability to plan and see the "big picture".
12. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
13. A team player with excellent communication abilities.
