Sr. Construction Manager
Based at the client site in Ontario, CA, this role reports directly to the Program Manager and works alongside other client project managers and facility operators.
You will manage the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives, working with the Client, Architect and General Contractor for overall project delivery.
As the onsite Owners Representative, you will ensure progress and technical performance, and manage material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team, delivering project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts and schedules to achieve the client’s objectives.
Requirements for this position:
- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture
- 15+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager managing large programs in excess of $60 million
- Airport Facilities experience
- Strong working knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM‑Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification
