.
This is a great opportunity for a seasoned construction professional with a strong background in large-scale heavy civil projects
, project controls, contract management, and team leadership.
Industry: Heavy Civil / Infrastructure
Experience:
10+ years in heavy civil construction project management
Work Environment:
Field / Operations Office
- Lead project execution, scheduling, forecasting, and cost control
- Monitor project financial performance and identify opportunities to improve results
- Manage risks, claims, change orders, contracts, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Develop and maintain CPM schedules throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Collaborate with engineers and key stakeholders to resolve design and project issues
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering accountability and a strong safety culture
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers
10+ years of heavy civil construction project management experience
Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, subcontractor management, and contract administration
Excellent negotiation, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead teams and successfully manage complex construction projects
