Hiring Videographer (Social Media Short Video Shooting | Part-Time)

We are looking for 1 photographer to handle social media content shooting for our brand. The shooting frequency is 1 day per month, with 8 hours per day, completing about 12 vertical short videos (9:16). No post-production editing is required, as the company will provide a complete shooting script. Content types include brand social media, on-camera talent, simple scene acting, and follow-shoot style, with a natural, non-staged aesthetic.
Requirements:Experience in short video/social media shooting
Familiar with on-camera talent, simple scene acting, and vertical composition
Sensitive to social media content pacing
Able to collaborate on simple creative adjustments on-site and follow real-time feedback from the content lead
Equipment Requirements:Professional camera equipment capable of 4K shooting, models:
Sony A7S III / FX3 / FX6, Canon R5 / R6 or equivalent
Stabilization equipment: handheld gimbal or stabilizer (DJI Ronin series or equivalent) and a lightweight tripod
Lighting: 1–2 LED lights (including RGB/fill lights), with optional reflectors and softboxes
Audio: at least 2 wireless lavalier microphones
On-site monitoring: simple monitor/iPad and laptop for reviewing footage
Shooting
Location:
Ontario, with some outdoor scenes, mostly around the company location, no long-distance travel required. Recruitment is focused on LA / Ontario nearby, reasonable travel expenses can be provided.
