Customer Service Representative (Bilingual - Spanish/English)
We are seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both Spanish and English and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service over the phone. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a positive attitude who enjoys helping customers resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers in both English and Spanish with inquiries, concerns, and service requests
- Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately within company systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer needs
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Strong phone presence with clear, confident communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or challenging situations
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Previous customer service or call center experience
