Summary
Provide customer support for a furniture manufacturer with distribution. Manage orders, shipping coordination, and issue resolution while working closely with production, warehouse, and logistics.
Manufacturing/distribution customer service experience and job stability are required.
ERP and RMA experience are a major plus.
Answer customer inquiries (phone/email) and provide order/shipping updates
Enter and maintain orders accurately in an ERP system
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics on lead times and deliveries
Resolve issues: shortages, mis-shipments, delays, damages, and claims
Process and track RMAs (returns/replacements/credits) and maintain documentation
Communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and escalat when needed
2+ years customer service in manufacturing or distribution
Strong work history /
job stabilityHigh accuracy, organization, and professional communication
Proficiency with Outlook/Excel
ERP experience (any major system)
RMA/returns/claims experience
Furniture or made-to-order product background
