Customer Service Specialist
Our company is seeking a contract Customer Service Specialist to support daily customer interactions and help ensure a positive service experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and passionate about helping customers resolve questions and concerns in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, accounts, billing or service requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team when needed
