CWR-Customer Service Rep I

Our client, a leading organization in the service industry, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Rate:**  $19.00 per hour

** Shift:
** 9am-5:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Off Thursday & Sunday

** What's the Job?*
* + Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to resolve inquiries and issues

+ Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to ensure satisfaction

+ Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to service delivery

+ Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely completion

+ Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

** What's Needed?*

Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and Power Point

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment

+ Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily

+ Solid multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
