Short-Term Substitute Role With Potential For Permanent Employment

Testing
- Written test All applicants must be ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) compliant. ESSA compliance can be met by submitting ONE of the following options with your application:
- Associate's degree or higher
- 48 transferable semester units plus a High School diploma/G.E.D.
- OMSD Instructional Aide test plus High School diploma/G.E.D.
- CBEST plus High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Individuals who have transcripts from institutions outside of the United States must obtain a complete evaluation of those transcripts from an approved CCTC agency. Upon acceptance of the District's offer of employment, new hires may be required to complete a baseline physical examination prior to the first day of employment.

Testing is conducted on an on-going basis, and testers are encouraged to test in advance of postings to have the requisite documents on file when postings occur.
