- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in accordance with DeVry University requirements
- Facilitate student learning through practitioner-focused education
- Develop approved course syllabi and lesson plans
- Organize, prepare, revise, and update course materials
- Use websites, email, online discussions, and course-related software to support teaching
- Set course expectations, objectives, assignment and examination dates, and evaluation weighting
- Ensure exams align with course terminal objectives
- Prepare and grade exams consistently and fairly
- Provide timely feedback to students
- Integrate responsible AI technologies into classroom teaching and learning
- Recognize, evaluate, and address appropriate and inappropriate student use of AI tools
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Master's degree required
- 18 graduate credit hours in the subject being taught required
- PhD preferred
- Unofficial graduate-level transcripts must be uploaded with the application
- Degree must be awarded by an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation, or by an internationally equivalent accredited institution
- Additional requirements driven by state licensing or accreditation considerations may apply
