CRITICAL MUST-HAVES- 5+ Years of Management Experience specifically in Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals projects.
- Direct Estimating Background in Structural Steel, OWJ Steel Joists, and Metal Decking.
- Software Proficiency: Mastery of Bluebeam, Excel, and Procore

We are seeking a high-level Project Manager / Estimator to manage the full lifecycle of structural steel projects. You will be the technical lead from the initial bid through final site inspection, ensuring that every project is delivered with the precision and excellence our clients expect.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES- Estimating: Perform detailed estimates on structural steel, metal deck, and miscellaneous metals.
- Project Documentation: Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders to keep projects moving.
- Procurement: Issue purchase orders for detailing, material, and other project-related costs.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact, visit project sites, and provide regular status updates.
- Leadership: Oversee project schedules and logistics while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Industry Veteran: Proven track record of managing and estimating structural steel and misc. metals projects.
- Technical
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. - Coordination
Skills:
Ability to collaborate with internal fabrication teams and external partners to drive efficiency. - Local Presence: Ability to commute to our Ontario office daily.
