We are seeking a skilled Deployment Engineer to join our team and assist one of our deployment projects at Ontario, CA
. As a Deployment Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation, configuration, and integration of our robots into diverse environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to deliver seamless deployment solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations to install and setup robotic systems according to project timelines and specifications.

Conduct on-site assessments to identify any potential obstacles or challenges and develop effective deployment strategies.

Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve any deployment-related issues promptly.

Document deployment processes, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Communicate regularly with customers to provide training, address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction with our products and services.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Experience in troubleshooting mechatronics systems and familiarity with robotic hardware/software interfaces is a plus.

Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
