Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant: SAP S/4 EAM, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP S/4 Plant Maintenance (PM) modules for clients, ensuring the successful delivery of SAP S/4 PM projects. You will provide expert consulting services, guiding clients through the implementation process and ensuring a smooth transition. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Design and Configure Solutions:
Design and configure SAP S/4 PM solutions to meet clients' business requirements, working closely with them to understand their needs and preferences.

* Deliver Expert Consulting Services:
Provide expert consulting services to clients, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring successful project delivery.

* Provide Training and Support:
Provide training and support to clients to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of SAP S/4 PM solutions.

* Collaborate with Clients:
Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design and configure SAP S/4 PM solutions, and provide training and support.

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

* SAP Functional Team Lead experience on a large S/4 HANA Implementation project

* SAP S/4 Plant Maintenance Configuration:

Experience with configuring SAP S/4 Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, including designing and implementing solutions to meet clients' business requirements.

* SAP S/4 PM Solution Design:

Experience with designing SAP S/4 PM solutions, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

* Expert Consulting Services Delivery:

Experience with providing expert consulting services, guiding clients through the implementation process and ensuring successful project delivery.

* SAP S/4 PM Training and Support:

Experience with providing training and support to clients to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of SAP S/4 PM solutions.

* Client Collaboration and Requirements Gathering:

Experience with working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design and configure SAP S/4 PM solutions, and provide training and support.

* Good understanding of SAP S/4 Field Service Management (FSM) and Service and Asset Manager (SSAM).

* Successful experience implementing S/4 in the Energy & Utilities Industry.

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Deep Expertise in SAP S/4 PM Implementation:

Experience with implementing and configuring SAP S/4 Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, including designing and implementing solutions to meet clients' business requirements.

* Advanced Knowledge of SAP S/4 PM Solution Design:

Experience with designing SAP S/4 PM solutions, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

* Expertise in SAP S/4 PM Training and Adoption:

Experience with providing training and support to clients to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of SAP S/4 PM solutions.

* Project Management experience: planning, tracking and reporting up to Executive levels.
