Are you a P.Eng. qualified Electrical Engineer looking to join a well-established engineering consultancy, where you will take ownership of high-impact industrial projects and play a key role in technical delivery? On offer is a technically interesting position where you will act as a key electrical engineering specialist, supporting a collaborative team while working across a wide range of complex mining and industrial projects.
This well-established engineering consultancy has been operating for around two decades and delivers tailored engineering solutions across mining, mineral processing and heavy industrial markets. Due to continued project demand and upcoming large-scale work, they are now looking to bring in a P.Eng. qualified Electrical Engineer to support growth and provide technical expertise across their project portfolio.
In this role you will be responsible for leading electrical engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring systems are designed for performance, reliability and safety. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, acting as a technical point of contact while supporting projects from concept through to commissioning.
This role will therefore suit an Electrical Engineer with a strong industrial or mining background, who is comfortable taking ownership of technical delivery and enjoys working in a collaborative, close-knit team environment.
The Role:- P.Eng. qualified Electrical Engineer – Mining / Industrial Projects
- Technical responsibility across a range of complex electrical engineering projects
- Working on industrial power distribution, MCCs and plant electrical systems
- Supporting full project lifecycle from design through to commissioning
- Hybrid role with limited travel
- $160,000 – $170,000 + 10% Bonus + Profit Share + Retention Bonus + Progression + Hybrid Working + Excellent Benefits
- P.Eng qualified Engineer (Ontario)
- Background in heavy industrial or mining environments
- Strong experience in electrical engineering, power distribution and industrial systems
- Comfortable working across full project lifecycle
- Able to work collaboratively and provide technical input across teams
- Looking for a long‑term role with progression opportunities
