Project Coordinator

A thriving personal care manufacturing company in Ontario, CA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project execution and product development initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Project Coordinator will serve as a central point of communication between departments, helping teams stay aligned on timelines, approvals, documentation, samples, testing, and launch readiness. Key Responsibilities
- Track project status, milestones, timelines, and variances to support timely project completion.
- Coordinate communication across R&D, Operations, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, and other internal teams.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and monitor workflows within the project management platform.
- Collect and organize stakeholder feedback, approvals, updates, samples, and testing details.
- Identify potential risks, delays, or project issues early and escalate them to the appropriate team members.
- Support new product development, product launch, and commercialization activities from concept through launch readiness.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

- Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Work Arrangement: 100% onsite in Ontario, CA.
