Project Manager - Highway/Roadway

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager to be based in Ontario, CA for a critical role in our organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and administering highway and roadway projects
• Providing leadership and strategic guidance
• Ensuring project adherence to specifications, budget, and schedule
• Accountable for budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract closeout
• Developing and implementing project management plans
• Coordinating with internal departments for seamless execution
• Conducting regular project status meetings
• Managing and mitigating project risks
• Preparing and submitting required project documentation
• Collaborating with business development teams
• Mentoring and developing junior staff
• Ensuring compliance with regulations

Minimum qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience

Preferred qualifications include:

• Professional Engineer license
• Experience in business development and client relations
• Project management experience leading highway projects
• Excellent communication skills
