Your impactAt Jacobs, quality control is crucial to the success of our projects and a key component of the work we do with our clients. As an Aviation Quality Manager
, you’ll work with experienced QA/QC team members to complete contract documents, standards and specifications, while developing records and reports of inspections and assessments. You’ll help review and resolve technical problems, ensure compliance with engineering deliverable checking, on material inspections, and help support field staff to ensure all quality inspections are complete. - Ensure that our engineering deliverables are checked per our Design Verification Plans,
- Monitor and inspect material at receipt and before installation on site
- Report any recommended changes in materials or procedures to senior staff.
- 10+ years of experience in QA/QC management on projects of similar size and scope.
- Knowledge of construction practices and principles Intermediate mathematical skills in order to perform field calculations
- Ability to gather and understand technical data for purposes of generating technical reports
- Proficient in MS Office Suites and AutoCAD BIM
360. - A valid State’s driver’s license and the ability to pass a motor vehicle background check
- General understanding of typical transportation/transit project design disciplines and processes

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
