Job Details

Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, preparation, and planning for business and individual clients

Review complex tax returns and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local tax regulations

Advise clients on proactive tax strategies and collaborate on business development initiatives

Lead, mentor, and develop staff, fostering technical growth and exceptional client service

Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and increased efficiency across the tax department
