• Manage and maintain high volumes of commission-related data inputs, ensuring proper approvals are obtained when required
• Perform end-to-end review of commission processes, including calculations, customization, and system integrations
• Generate and distribute monthly commission statements to sales representatives
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Provide training and ongoing support to sales team members regarding commission programs and related tools

• Experience in commissions analysis, sales compensation, FP&A, or a related finance/operations role
• Familiarity with financial and operational systems such as Salesforce and Net Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, particularly when managing high volumes of data
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain commission structures and processes clearly to stakeholders

• Experience with Captivate
  
  IQ or other commission management software is strongly preferred
