Assistant Corporate Controller Construction Real Estate – Ontario, CA Responsibilities

- Assist with audit preparation.
- Strong experience in construction and real estate accounting, managing multiple entities.
- Expertise in JDE (mandatory), MS Office, and Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Solid understanding of cost segregation and property tax appeals.
Competitive pay ($120,000–$140,000/year).
