Escrow Officer

How You’ll Contribute
- Manage escrow transactions from start to finish.
- Review buyer, seller, and lender instructions to determine closing requirements.
- Order title reports and help resolve title defects, liens, and encumbrances.
- Prepare, review, and process closing documents and settlement statements.
- Calculate pr orations, balance escrow accounts, disburse funds, and complete closings.
- Communicate with transaction parties and explain documents, provisions, and procedures as needed.
- Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of related escrow/title experience.
- Experience directly handling escrow transactions preferred.
- Valid licensing/certification as required by applicable state.
- Knowledge of escrow/title industry practices and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong client relations, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information and work with buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, lenders, and internal partners.
This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
