Maintains prescribed standards of cleanliness for assigned areas using approved cleaning solutions & procedures by following posted work schedules;
Operates cleaning equipment such as electric washers, stripping, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming to maintain floors and surfaces;
Inspects assigned area to ensure compliance with department standards and reports deficiencies;
Replenishes dispensers for soap, hand towels, toilet tissue, and toilet seat covers;
Transports and disposes of soiled linen and cleans and maintains receptacles as needed
