Extended Stay - - Responsibilities:
Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures in accordance with company guidelines and procedures;
Handle collection efforts of all in-house balances and maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts;
Maintain organized and clean front desk and lobby areas in compliance with standards;
Promote ESA's service culture and resolve guest issues with Make it Right process;
Assist with breakfast display setup, cross-train in housekeeping and laundry as needed
