HR Manager (12 months FTC) – Brampton, Ontario – $90,000 - $100,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Benefits
An excellent role on offer for an HR Manager looking to join one of Canada's largest manufacturers in their industry, where undergo excellent training and development, whilst working for a company that will look after you.
Have you got experience working within a manufacturing environment? Are you familiar with ADP Workforce?
This global leading company specializes in manufacturing a variety of products to a range of different industries. They have 13 manufacturing sites across North America, and they have acquired two companies in early 2024. They have further expansion plans in place for 2025, and they are looking for an HR Manager who will be pivotal to this growth.
In this onsite role, you will:
- Oversee all HR related activities across multiple sites.
- Play a key role in labor relations and build relationships with blue‑collar and senior‑level colleagues.
- Create hiring strategies, working with operations and ensuring smooth transition with onboarding process.
This role would ideally suit an HR Manager who is looking to work for Canada's largest manufacturer within their field, where you will receive excellent technical development.
The Role:- Based on site; no remote working.
- Managing all HR related activities.
- Big emphasis on company culture and health & safety.
- $90,000 - $100,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Benefits.
- Must have manufacturing experience.
- Must have a good understanding of labor relations.
- Live local to Brampton.
