Bilingual Mandarin HR Supervisor / HR Manager About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and bilingual HR Supervisor or HR Manager to join our team in the U.S. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands‑on HR experience across recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, employee relations, culture development, and HR compliance. This role will work closely with both the U.S. and China teams, so fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for warehouse, logistics, corporate, and management roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring plans
- Manage candidate screening, interviews, and offer processes
- Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment performance metrics
- Plan and deliver onboarding and orientation programs
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training resources
- Support performance management cycles and employee development plans
- Support payroll coordination and monthly HR reporting
- Oversee employee benefits enrollment, updates, and vendor communication
- Ensure competitive and compliant compensation structures
- Manage attendance, leave, PTO records, and HRIS data accuracy
- Build positive, transparent employee relations across teams
- Support conflict resolution and employee communications
- Promote company culture initiatives and engagement programs
- Ensure HR operations comply with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Maintain employee records and company HR policies
- Assist with audits, safety programs, workers' compensation, and legal documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the U.S.
- HR generalist background strongly preferred (recruiting, training, C&B, ER, compliance)
- Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written) - This job requires to communicate with HR leader in China.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-border teams
- Strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting multi-location HR operations
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP)
