The Analyst will support customer onboarding and revenue operations. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include reviewing onboarding agreements, checking compliance, validating correct revenue recognition, and entering revenue impacts. The role requires analyzing product and fee configurations, identifying missed revenue, and proposing updated Power BI dataflows or exception logic to prevent future misses. The Analyst will collaborate closely with internal dealer and lender sales teams, building strong relationships and providing responsive, personable service.
They will assist with reviewing reports, pivot tables, and data exports from Power BI to identify issues or trends. The role supports the company's automation and AI initiatives - including identifying manual pain points and proposing automation concepts. The Analyst may assist with testing AI functionality, running sample checks, and validating quarterly accuracy. This is a hybrid role based in Ontario, CA (3 days in office / 2 remote, first 90 days fully onsite).
Strong communication, adaptability, and time‑management are essential. The company is growing its automation capabilities and values individuals interested in learning new technologies.
- Must be able to analyze customer onboarding agreements, check compliance, and align revenue recognition.
- Must diagnose missed revenue, identify gaps, and propose reporting logic or Power BI dataflows to prevent misses.
- Must be able to translate manual processes into exception reporting.
- Must be able to communicate process flows verbally even if they cannot formally diagram (Visio/Lucid is a plus).
- Should be comfortable interacting constantly with internal sales teams (dealer & lender sales).
- Should handle transactional workload with SLAs, frequent touchpoints, and time‑sensitive requests.
- Must be open to learning automation, AI tools, and contributing insights on process efficiency.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
Experience:
2+ years of experience in data operations, accounting systems, or financial data analysis 3+ years of customer order management or account data management experience in the technology industry 2+ years familiarity with compliance standards and revenue processes Ability to design and document business workflows using, Visio, Lucidchart or similar Skilled in creating clear, detailed documentation for operational processes and system configurations Proficient in analyzing large datasets using Excel functions, pivot tables and data visualization techniques Secondary

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.53 - $33.17/hr.
