Norima Consulting is expanding our Guidewire practice, and we're looking to connect with experienced Guidewire certified Developers to support the design and delivery of Guidewire solutions within client environments.
LocationGreater Toronto area ideal, though we welcome applications from across Canada.
Work arrangementRequirements vary based on the unique business requirements for each client engagement we support, typically offering hybrid or remote arrangements — and we'll always be upfront about what's expected before you move forward.
Who You AreA Senior Guidewire Developer with certification in one or more Insurance Suite products. You bring technical depth and consulting instincts to client engagements, navigate complex delivery environments with confidence, and take pride in building trusted relationships and delivering results.
You don't need experience across every module or technical area, however, strong depth in at least one, combined with the right mindset, is what we're looking for.
A Glimpse of What You’ll Be Doing- Support clients on Guidewire projects involving configurations, integrations, migrations, and full implementations
- Perform hands‑on development and technical problem‑solving within Guidewire environments
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate with delivery teams and client stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
- Coordinate effectively with onshore and offshore team members
- 10+ years of experience in software development within P&C insurance technology or consulting environments
- 5+ years hands‑on Guidewire experience across one or more modules — Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center, Contact Manager, Digital Portals, or Guidewire Data Platform
- Guidewire Certification required;
Ace certification highly desirable though applications from those with Specialist and/or Associate designations will still be considered, ideally aligned to recent platform versions (within latest 1‑2 releases) - Expertise in at least one of the following: configurations, integrations, or data and migration
