Sr. Program Manager

• Lead product development programs from initial concept through full production release
• Manage project teams across various disciplines including design, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing
• Document and manage schedules and development plans, reporting status to management
• Direct the work of program staff in multiple disciplines and contribute to improving the New Product Process
• Resolve conflicts and build consensus among team members

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a program manager or engineering supervisor
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and develop team members
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and expense tracking tools
• Decisive behavior and collaborative team-building skills

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in an Engineering discipline or Business Administration
• PMP certification is optional
