Operate 3-5 axis CNC machines and lathes to produce complex aerospace parts with first part run and full machine recovery.;
Complete complex machine setups on 3-5 axis machines and apply advanced blueprint and GD&T reading for production inspection.;
Edit and write simple machine programs to modify tooling and improve processes.;
Enter production information into the ERP system and provide daily updates; ensure data accuracy and timeliness.;
Submit maintenance work orders and implement process improvements to meet production schedules and quality standards.
