Jobtailor is seeking a factory operator in California to perform molding and assembly tasks. You will operate compression and transfer molding presses, weigh and prepare preforms, and ensure materials are handled safely according to procedures.
Ideal candidates have at least six months of factory experience and can stand on concrete floors for long shifts. You will also monitor mold temperatures and return unused materials to the mixing department as required.
