Job Summary:

Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join their Hydrophilic Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise production and inspection of specialized components within a controlled environment. Your primary duties will include performing repetitive dimensional inspections using a micrometer, ensuring adherence to strict tolerances and quality standards. You will also operate a lathe to perform machining tasks, requiring an understanding of machining principles and techniques.

This role involves working with various chemicals, necessitating strict adherence to safety protocols and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. The ideal candidate will possess great attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision, and a commitment to safety.

You must be able to lift and move materials weighing 25 pounds or more. Prior experience with dimensional inspection, lathe operation, and chemical handling is highly desirable.
