Production / Printing Operator

The Production / Printing Operator is responsible for reviewing production orders, preparing jobs according to specific instructions, maintaining quality standards, and accurately entering production information into the Label Traxx system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Read and interpret production orders containing specific instructions for completing each job
• Review orders to determine the required inks, plates, media, and graphics
• Set up jobs efficiently while maintaining required quality standards
• Enter required order information and job times into the Label Traxx system
• Follow established procedures within the company's Quality Management System
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Complete production tasks efficiently without compromising product quality
• Remain calm, focused, and professional under pressure
• Follow all company procedures and production requirements
• Perform various production tasks and other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Maintain consistent attention to detail throughout the production process

• Ability to read and understand production orders and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter production data accurately
• Ability to learn and use Label Traxx or similar production software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
