, you will be accountable for supporting continuous production and packaging operations through cross-functional coverage, packaging material management, and adherence to quality and food safety standards. This role is vital to maintaining operational efficiency, accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and consistent product quality.

- Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $23.00
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
- Support production and packaging operations to ensure efficient workflow and product output.
- Provide cross-functional coverage during breaks and meal periods to maintain continuous operations.
- Maintain packaging materials and supplies to support uninterrupted production.
- Verify product quality and compliance with established specifications and standards.
- Complete production, quality, and operational documentation accurately and timely.
- Follow GMP, HACCP, allergen control, and food safety requirements to ensure compliance.
- Communicate food safety, quality, and equipment concerns and support corrective actions.
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Ability to read, write, and maintain accurate and legible documentation.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures.
