We are seeking an Operator 1, Bakery
- Packing - 3rd Shift to join our team. As an Operator 1, Bakery
- Packing - 3rd Shift
, you will be accountable for supporting continuous production and packaging operations by providing cross-functional coverage within the department, maintaining packaging supply readiness, and ensuring products meet quality, food safety, and operational standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient workflow, accurate production documentation, and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements.

• Shift: 3rd Shift
• Hours: 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM

• Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $23.00

• Support production and packaging operations to maintain efficient workflow and output.
• Provide cross-functional coverage across departmental positions during breaks and meal periods.
• Maintain packaging materials and supplies to support uninterrupted production.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company specifications and standards.
• Complete production, quality, and operational documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, allergen control, and food safety requirements to ensure compliance.
• Communicate food safety, quality, and equipment concerns and support corrective actions.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Ability to read, write, and maintain accurate and legible documentation.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures.
• Understanding of, or ability to learn, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and product quality.
