What You’ll Do as a CNAAssist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Measure and record vital signs and document care accurately and timely

Support nurses by following individualized care plans

Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Maintain a respectful, professional, and caring approach at all times
