Med Surg - Nurse Educator (Classroom or Clinicals)

Salary: $108,000 - $130,000 per year

Location: Ontario, CA (On-site, Permanent)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (flexible with some evenings + night shift during clinical rotations)

As an RN Educator for the School of Nursing, you will shape and mentor the next generation of nurses, applying your clinical expertise in classroom and clinical settings.

• Teach and support nursing students in classroom and clinical environments.
• Create an engaging, positive learning environment that encourages student growth.
• Help students connect real-life nursing experience to patient care and clinical decision-making.
• Use varied teaching methods to support diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve the program and student outcomes.
• Play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare through education and mentorship.

• Registered Nurse licensed in California (unencumbered).
• Master’s Degree in Nursing (required).
• At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of preceptor, tutoring, mentoring, or teaching experience (preferred).
