Mon, Wed, Fri | 6:00 am - 7:00 pm
Pay: $24+ Depends on Experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Hemodialysis Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and perform dialysis treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician (MD). You will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality renal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under RN/MD supervision in accordance with state regulations
• Set up, operate, and monitor hemodialysis machines
• Initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis treatments as prescribed
• Assess patients before, during, and after treatment; report changes to RN
• Accurately document patient care and treatment data
• Clean and disinfect dialysis equipment after each treatment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient care environment
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families
• Assist with inventory, stocking supplies, and general unit upkeep
• Attend staff meetings and training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current Hemodialysis Technician certification
• Current CPR certification
• Previous dialysis or patient care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
