The Quality Control Specialist will be expected to assist the QC team with measuring and quality checking merchandise. As a result of this person's efforts, Lulus will be able to provide our customers with high quality merchandise, and accurate product descriptions.

This is a full-time, onsite role located at our Ontario warehouse, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

• Maintain knowledge of standards outlined in the Lulus Vendor Contract.
• Measure and quality check new and updated products in accordance with the Lulus vendor contract guidelines.
• Assist in coordinating and preparing vendor returns.
• Work cross functionally with the Receiving, Buying, and Creative teams on product issues.
• Performs other assignments from time to time as requested by the Operations Supervisor to achieve department and company business goals.

• 1+ years of Quality Control in a warehouse or retail sales environment required.
• Excellent communication; written, oral and group facilitation.
• Excellent knowledge of punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
• Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, and managers, at all times.
• Work well under pressure. Meet multiple, and sometimes, competing deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally.
• Intermediate knowledge of Admin, Microsoft office, and Google Drive.
• Ability to apply logical thinking and sound judgment to a wide range of practical problems.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative where needed.

• Duties are performed both inside and outside in varying temperatures including heat, cold, and sometimes wet or humid conditions. Exposure to high background noise is probable.

• Sitting/Standing/Walking:
  Approximately 90% of the time is spent in varying work areas 10% of the time is spent in an office environment.
• Speaking/Hearing:
  Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with co-workers and subordinates.
• Vision:
  Ability to visualize items around the work area, able to assess weights, and judge distances and heights. Good eye-hand/foot coordination.
• Lifting/Carrying:
  Ability to lift/carry 50lbs by hand.
• Stooping/Kneeling:
  Ability to stoop and/or kneel to access locations as needed.

• Knowledge of Lulus clothing and products would be great!
