Quality Assurance Engineer Bilingual in Chinese and English

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Lead quality assurance activities, including audits, inspections, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish quality policies, procedures, training programs, and performance metrics to ensure product and process quality.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections, and ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Manage supplier quality activities, including supplier qualification, audits, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Investigate customer complaints, drive corrective actions, and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into product development, manufacturing, and operational processes.
• Monitor quality performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure ongoing compliance with company and industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality management, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including SPC, FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
• Experience with internal audits, document control, supplier quality management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Mandarin‑speaking
• Experience in relevant industries such as electronics, machinery, or server industries.
• Six Sigma or Lean experience.

• Mandarin language proficiency.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
