Location: Ontario, CA
Join my client as the quality connection between U.S. teams, global suppliers, and manufacturing partners. You’ll help ensure consumer products deliver on expectations—from early samples through production—while driving improvements that directly influence product quality and customer satisfaction.

- Review global QC inspection reports and recommend CAPA
- Coordinate pre-production, in-process, and final inspections
- Evaluate product samples, packaging, labeling, safety, and functionality
- Investigate customer complaints and identify root causes
- Monitor supplier performance and quality trends
- Maintain quality records, metrics, and compliance documentation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field
- CPG and supplier quality expertise
- Experience with third-party inspection services such as SGS, TÜV, or Intertek
- Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency;
English/Mandarin bilingual skills are a plus
