The Beauty Advisor (Retail Store Associate) serves as a key point of contact for customers and plays an essential role in delivering a positive and engaging shopping experience. This position focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and supporting store operations.

Employment is at‑will. All new hires are considered introductory employees during the first 90 days of employment. This introductory period does not alter the at‑will nature of employment.

Location:

Ontario, CA (Ontario Mills Outlet)

• Greet customers and provide attentive, courteous service
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Provide product information, including usage and benefits
• Inform customers of promotions, events, and loyalty programs
• Operate POS system and process transactions accurately
• Package purchases neatly and provide gift wrapping when requested
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, visual displays, and store cleanliness
• Support inventory counts and operational tasks
• Maintain awareness of surroundings to support loss prevention efforts
• Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives, including social media support
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge

Required:

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• A background check may be conducted after a conditional offer of employment, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

• At least 1 year of retail experience (beauty industry preferred)
• Korean language proficiency is a plus (not required)

Pay range: $16.90 – $19.00 per hour (In compliance with California pay transparency requirements).

Compensation is determined based on relevant education, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and business needs.

Additional compensation opportunities may include performance‑based incentives where applicable and in accordance with company policy and wage and hour laws.
