Store Manager – Department Store
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a high‑volume department store. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing a strong team, maintaining an outstanding store image, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and motivate store employees
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer service
- Oversee store presentation, merchandising, and visual standards
- Monitor inventory levels and sell‑through performance
- Manage daily operations and drive sales results
Semi‑annual bonuses if performance goals are achieved.
Qualifications- Previous retail management experience (department store or high‑volume retail preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with merchandising, inventory management, and retail systems
