, soon to be rebranded as Hyatt Regency
, is undergoing an exciting full-property transformation under new ownership. With 309 rooms and over 20,000 square feet of flexible event space, this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic leadership team and help reposition the property into one of the region’s most sought-after hospitality destinations.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead proactive sales efforts and generate revenue through group business, corporate accounts, and event sales. What You’ll Do:
  • Proactively generate group and corporate leads and convert inquiries into signed business
  • Respond to sales inquiries related to sleeping rooms, meeting spaces, banquets, and special events
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while continuously developing new accounts
  • Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, negotiate contracts, customer correspondence).
  • Analyze lost business and develop strategic action plans to maximize opportunities
  • Partner with operations and marketing to ensure flawless event execution and guest satisfaction
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in developing strategic sales plans and identifying market opportunities
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, revenue management, and customer relationship management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in hospitality, business, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful hotel sales experience at a large/convention hotel and branded full-service
  • Familiarity with Hyatt systems, Opera Cloud, Reserve, Envision or other major CRM/Sales platforms
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the local hotel market -
    - plus.
  • Demonstrated success in corporate sales, business development, or luxury hospitality sales.
  • Strong presentation, business writing, proposal development, negotiating and client engagement skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for trade shows, and client engagements.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus potential*

Availability

The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands.
