Responsibilities
  • Drive ownership of a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, managing risk identification, program execution, customer health, and retention
  • Build and maintain relationships at all levels within customer accounts
  • Manage changes in executive leadership and communicate Route This' value effectively
  • Align customer initiatives with expansion and renewal strategies
  • Conduct compelling business reviews for executives, leveraging customer data to demonstrate ROI
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing large enterprise accounts or renewals in a senior role
  • Technical background, with previous experience as a Technical Account Manager or Sales Engineer
  • Proven ability to build relationships across various audiences, including executives
  • Strong data analysis skills to tell compelling stories and help customers maximize value
  • Solid experience managing the renewal process and navigating enterprise procurement procedures
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a SaaS technology environment
  • Ability to effectively forge new customer relationships at executive and influencer levels
  • Exceptional listening and storytelling skills to connect customer needs with solutions
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
