Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative for a 4-month temporary hybrid/remote local to Ontario, CA. This role is ideal for a goal-driven sales professional with outbound sales, inside sales, call center sales, or B2B sales experience who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying needs, and closing business.

As a Telesales Representative, you will connect with business owners and decision-makers to discuss HR compliance needs and recommend relevant products and services. This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment with paid virtual training, company-provided equipment, performance-based commissions, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

The team environment is collaborative, competitive, and supportive, with structured coaching, call reviews, role-playing, and performance incentives designed to help sales professionals improve, reach goals, and maximize earning potential.

• Make approximately 150 warm outbound calls per day to business customers and decision-makers.
• Upgrade, cross-sell, and renew customer services based on identified needs.
• Present product and service solutions, handle objections, and close sales.
• Accurately enter orders, update customer information, and maintain CRM records.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals in a high-volume telesales environment.
• Participate in coaching sessions, call reviews, role-playing, and team sales incentives.

• Pay: $18.00 per hour plus performance-based monthly commission.
• Additional daily, weekly, and monthly performance incentives.

  Temporary contract, 4 months.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM PST.
• Work arrangement:
  Hybrid.
• Start date:
  
  October 13, 2026.
• Training: 1.5 weeks of paid virtual training, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM PST.
• Equipment:
  Company-provided laptop.

• Conduct high-volume warm outbound sales calls to business customers.
• Identify HR compliance needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Manage upgrades, cross-sells, renewals, objections, and sales closing activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and track sales activity.
• 1 to 2 or more years of sales experience.
• Recent experience working toward sales quotas is preferred.
• Experience in outbound sales, inside sales, telesales, call center sales, or B2B sales.
• Strong verbal communication, customer service, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to handle rejection, overcome objections, and remain focused on goals.
• Highly motivated, competitive, coachable, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid work setting.
• Strong attention to detail when entering orders and updating CRM records.

• Predictive dialer experience.
• Experience selling to business owners, managers, or decision-makers.
• Familiarity with HR compliance products, business services, renewals, upgrades, or cross-selling.
